Fentage
Structured apparel brand, atelier services, membership model, deliberately narrow

Most apparel brands live or die on volume. The holdouts, Loro Piana and Brunello Cucinelli, win by making the product itself feel like an institution. Narrow lane, high craft, memberships and ateliers.
The thesis: There’s a gap between streetwear (loud, cheap, seasonal) and heritage luxury (expensive, stuffy, old). A brand with structured silhouettes, atelier-style customization, and a membership layer could sit in that gap for buyers who want quiet craft without the heritage price tag.
What was built: Full brand site with pillars, collections, atelier services, and membership copy at fentage.com.
Why it’s parked: I don’t know how to run an apparel company and I don’t want to learn. The positioning is the interesting part; the execution is someone else’s job.
